These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ANTR mobile application (the "App") operated by BLC Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ANTR is a disposable-camera-style photo app for real-life events. Participants capture photos during an event. Photos are not viewable by anyone until the event host triggers the reveal. The App is available on iOS.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App.
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
Joining events created by others is free. All purchases are consumable and processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
You retain ownership of any photos you capture through the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content to other participants of the same event after the reveal is triggered.
You agree not to capture or upload content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
When you purchase and create an event, you become the host. The host controls when the reveal occurs. The host role is permanent and cannot be transferred. The host may trigger the reveal after a 5-minute cooldown from the event's start time.
Photos captured through the App are intentionally not viewable until the host triggers the reveal. This is a core feature of the App, not a limitation. Do not contact support requesting to preview photos before the reveal.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that photos will be preserved indefinitely.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLC STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
